Man in the Mirror

What is this? This is an inner-exploration journaling game, in 3 acts, that gives anyone the opportunity to take responsibility for our feelings and judgments, take ownership of the projections (see ourselves in “other”), regain our power, and let the person who “triggered” us off the hook.  Use when any energy or emotion is keeping us from being in the present moment or keeping us from connecting openly to another. Can also be used when we blame "others" for our emotions or the situation we are in.

Safety: This game can be emotional. Please read through before deciding whether this is right for you. If you do decide to try, take some time to integrate afterwards.

Important Note: This game is not restricted to only men. The reason I am using the word "man" in the title instead of "human" is that the game is based on a process developed by the non-profit ManKind Project.  Plus there is an 80s song of the same name where the lyrics is relevant.
